When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out of Brooklyn, NY every Wednesday and Saturday. So orders placed on a Tuesday would be shipped out on a Wednesday, as would orders placed on a Sunday. To ensure your order ships when desired, please place your order as early as possible. Orders must be placed by noon on a shipping day in order to go out that day.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS standard (2-7 business days depending on location). Rush service can be requested at an additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Cost of shipping varies with your location. You will see estimated cost of shipping before making a payment. We ship out of Brooklyn, NY to anywhere in the world.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal transactions and as well as major credit cards. All payments are processed via PayPal, but an account with PayPal is not necessary for those paying via credit card.
